Compass Therapy® is the original work of Dan Montgomery, Ph.D. He is also joined by his wife Kate, a fellow researcher and soulmate. She has co-authored with him through the years, and is the designer for those labor-intensive and precisely drawn graphics and charts presented in the Compass series.
The seminars are meant to give an introduction to or immersion in the Compass model. There have been seminars held from 3 hours to 3 days, depending on the intended participants. Seminars are typically hosted by a participating group.
Raymond Anderson and Carol Luna-Anderson began presenting the Compass model in mid-1990's while under the instruction of Dr. Montgomery.
